C&D Inc. Signs with Six More Global Leaders, Lifting Its Two-Day CIIE Signing Total Above USD 5.2 Billion

On November 6, the second day of the 8th CIIE, C&D Inc. (600153.SH) signed agreements with another six leading global companies in the field of agricultural products, securing USD 2.76 billion in contracts for the day and pushing its total value of deals over the first two days of the CIIE beyond USD 5.2 billion—fully demonstrating the company’s strong capabilities in integrating global resources and its firm determination to deepen participation in international supply chain cooperation.

At the signing ceremony held on the morning of November 6, C&D Inc. signed cooperation agreements with six global industry leaders respectively—BTG PACTUAL, OLAM, CUTRALE TRADING SA, CHS INC., CARGILL, and SYNGENTA—further expanding its strategic footprint across multiple agricultural categories and production regions. The agreements cover key commodities including soybeans, corn, oils, and cotton, continuously strengthening C&D Inc.’s capability to allocate supply chain resources on a global scale. Lin Mao, Chairman of C&D Inc., together with Lv Rongdian, Vice General Manager of C&D Inc. and General Manager of C&D Agricultural Products Group, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing.

Two consecutive days of high-level and large-scale signing ceremonies stand as a concentrated reflection of C&D Inc.’s internationalization strategy.
