China (Fujian)–Japan Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion Conference Successfully Held, C&D Inc. Signs Multiple Cooperation Agreements

From July 30 to 31, Fujian Provincial Party Secretary Zhou Zuyi led a Fujian delegation to visit Osaka and Tokyo, Japan. During the visit, the delegation held the China (Fujian) – Japan Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion Conference in Tokyo. At the conference, C&D Inc. (600153.SH) signed a procurement cooperation agreement with Marubeni Corporation for oilseeds, grains, and other agricultural products, and another procurement cooperation agreement with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. for petroleum coke products. The signing of these agreements will further promote cooperation between Chinese and Japanese enterprises, continuously expand cooperation fields, achieve resource sharing and collaborative development, and provide strong support for C&D Inc.'s global expansion and overseas business development.

During the delegation’s stay in Japan, Zhang Zhilong, General Manager of C&D Japan Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Inc., accompanied Zhuang Rongliang, Vice Mayor of Xiamen Municipal People’s Government, and Chen Haoying, Director of Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Commerce, on an in-depth visit to the Tokyo headquarters of Marubeni Corporation. They introduced the business layout of C&D Inc. and its supply chain operations in the Japanese market.

This visit not only promotes the economic development of Fujian Province and related regions in Japan but also injects new momentum into friendly exchanges and cooperation between China and Japan. In the future, C&D Inc. will continue to deepen its presence in the Japanese market, expand cooperation fields, and promote the healthy, stable, and sustainable development of China-Japan economic and trade relations, contributing more to the comprehensive strategic reciprocity between China and Japan.
