C&D Mineral Resources Recognized as Xiamen's 100th AEO Advanced Certified Enterprise

On June 28, C&D Mineral Resources, a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Steel Group under C&D Inc. (600153.SH), was officially awarded the AEO Advanced Certification by customs, becoming the 100th company in Xiamen to receive this certification.

Previously, 12 operation units and platform companies under C&D Inc. had already achieved AEO Advanced Certification. This latest certification for C&D Mineral Resources represents customs' high recognition of the company's import and export management standards. With this certification, C&D Mineral Resources will benefit from a range of advantages including prioritized customs clearance, reduced inspection frequency, lower customs costs, shortened processing times, and enhanced services. These benefits will significantly reduce the company's operational costs and improve business efficiency in customs clearance, boosting its international market competitiveness and facilitating the expansion of its global market share.

Currently, Xiamen is accelerating its development as a node city in the new development pattern, striving to create new advantages for high-quality growth. Under the professional guidance of Xiamen Customs and with strong support from the company's leadership at all levels, C&D Mineral Resources steadily advanced its AEO Advanced Certification process.
