C&D Inc. Visits Tongwei for Discussions and Exchange

Recently, Zheng Yongda, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of C&D Corp. and Vice Chairman of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), led a delegation to visit Tongwei. Liu Hanyuan, Chairman of Tongwei, warmly welcomed the delegation and hosted a discussion meeting.

During the meeting, Zheng Yongda and Liu Hanyuan reviewed the history of in-depth collaboration between both sides in the new energy and agriculture and animal husbandry sectors, expressing high appreciation for the achievements. Both sides then engaged in a thorough discussion on the current state and future trends of the new energy industry, as well as the opportunities and challenges Chinese companies face in international expansion.

As major players in China’s supply chain and new energy sectors, C&D Inc. and Tongwei used this meeting to further clarify the direction of their partnership, reaching a stronger consensus to form a close cooperative alliance. The companies plan to leverage their respective strengths, building a partnership based on shared benefits and mutual responsibilities, thereby contributing to sustainable growth in the new energy sector and to the goals of energy transition and green development.

At Present, both C&D Inc. and Tongwei have already established their international layout. Both sides hope to create a closer mechanism for cooperation in the overseas expansion of the agriculture and animal husbandry and new energy sectors, aiming for complementary strengths and resource sharing to optimize global resource allocation and enhance their international competitiveness, thus accelerating the implementation and advancement of both companies’ international strategies.
