C&D Auto Becomes Xiaomi Auto Partner

On the evening of March 28, Xiaomi Group held a press conference in Beijing to officially launch its first new energy vehicle, the Xiaomi SU7. C&D Auto, a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), has become a partner of Xiaomi Auto. C&D Auto will construct and operate an integrated sales and service store for Xiaomi vehicles in Huli District, Xiamen, Fujian Province. The China (Fujian) - U.S. Economic and Trade Cooperation Exchange Conference was successfully held, and C&D Inc. signed multiple procurement cooperation agreements.

From March 16th to 20th, a delegation led by Guo Ningning, member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor of Fujian Province, successfully visited the United States.
