From June 11 to 13, the 18th SNEC International Photovoltaic Power Generation and Smart Energy Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as “SNEC”) was held as scheduled in Shanghai. Covering an exhibition area of 380,000 square meters, the event attracted over 3,000 enterprises from more than 90 countries and regions, providing abundant opportunities for exchange and cooperation among global participants.

At this year’s exhibition, C&D Hitek and C&D Emerging Energy, two fully-owned subsidiaries of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), presented comprehensive full-chain solutions, service cases, and the latest achievements in photovoltaics, lithium batteries, and energy storage to guests. Xu Jiana, Vice General Manager of C&D Inc. and General Manager of C&D Energy & Chemical Group, attended the exhibition and visited the booths to gain insights into the companies’ showcases.

C&D Hitek attracted significant attention with its sand table model featuring a physical representation of the entire new energy industry chain. The model integrated tangible upstream and downstream samples from the photovoltaic and lithium battery industries, connected each segment of the business, and presented various end-use scenarios such as power station through 3D models — offering a clear visual of the full industry chain and supply chain.

C&D Emerging Energy fully demonstrated its global footprint and supply chain operation capabilities across the photovoltaic and energy storage sectors. During the exhibition, the company signed strategic cooperation agreements with several leading enterprises. In the energy storage and inverter segment, C&D Emerging Energy signed cooperation agreements with Sigenery, Oliter, RCT, Ligoo, Solax, and Dyness. These collaborations will focus on market expansion and technological cooperation to accelerate the deployment of energy storage and inverter solutions in key overseas regions. In the photovoltaic sector, strategic agreements were signed with Stäubli and SolarPlus, aiming to leverage each party’s market resources and technical strengths in the PV vertical sector, enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Seizing SNEC as an opportunity, C&D Inc. will continue working closely with partners to deliver more agile responses and comprehensive solutions that serve the diversified needs of global clients, promote the stable and healthy development of the new energy industry, and jointly create green value and a sustainable future.
