C&D Inc. Signs Cooperation Agreement with Huawei Device

On November 11, C&D Inc. (600153.SH) and Huawei Device Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huawei Device”) held a signing ceremony for the HarmonyOS Smart Selection cooperation in Xiamen. Wang Zhibing, Vice President of C&D Inc. and General Manager of C&D Consumer Goods Group, and Yang Haisong, General Manager of OEM Ecosystem Products for Huawei Device BG, attended and witnessed the signing.

The signing marks the establishment of an official ecosystem partnership between the two companies under HarmonyOS Smart Selection. Under the agreement, C&D Inc. will leverage its core strengths in channel networks and supply chain operations, while Huawei Device rely on its technological innovation and product strength within the HarmonyOS Smart Selection ecosystem. Together, both sides will advance the large-scale implementation and market penetration of HarmonyOS Smart Selection products across both retail and project-based channels, further expanding the user scale and strengthening market influence.

In addition, both sides will actively explore broader cooperation opportunities across Huawei’s full Smart Selection portfolio, working to achieve coordinated development in more application scenarios and deliver richer, higher-quality smart products and solutions for business clients and end consumers.

This collaboration represents an important practice for both companies to actively respond to the industry transformation from resource-driven to value co-creation. Looking ahead, C&D Inc. and Huawei Device will continue to deepen their partnership, jointly writing a new chapter in the cooperation of smart business ecosystem.
