C&D Merchandise Signs Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation with Viomi

On October 15, a delegation led by Chen Xiaoping, Founder of Viomi (NASDAQ: VIOT), visited C&D Merchandise, a member of C&D Inc. (600153.SH) Consumer Goods Group. Du Chengrong, General Manager of C&D Merchandise, received the guests and attended the signing ceremony.

Before the ceremony, the Viomi team visited the exhibition halls of C&D Corp. and C&D Consumer Goods Group, and C&D Merchandise’s Coffee Lab, gaining a deep understanding of C&D’s development history, business layout, and future strategies. Both sides then held a business exchange meeting, focusing on overall brand cooperation and overseas market expansion, during which they identified growth goals for the next three years and reached multiple consensuses.

Following the meeting, both sides held a strategic signing ceremony. According to the agreement, they will rely on their respective professional strengths and resource advantages to carry out comprehensive cooperation in water purification and related fields — including technology R&D, product manufacturing, market development, and supply chain services — jointly empowering industry chain partners and building a resilient, sustainable global industrial ecosystem.

The signing of this agreement marks a new chapter of full-chain collaborative development between C&D Merchandise and Viomi. Looking ahead, both sides will harness the power of AI technology to create healthier drinking experiences and smarter living spaces for customers, enabling more people to live a superior life.
