Cui Yonghui Leads Delegation to Japan, Witnesses Strategic Signing Between C&D Inc. and Hanwa Co., Ltd.

From March 2 to 8, Cui Yonghui, Secretary of the Xiamen Municipal Party Committee, led a delegation to Singapore and Japan. During the visit, the delegation conducted intensive business engagements, meeting with 16 renowned multinational corporations and 4 investment and trade promotion organizations, actively carried out economic and trade negotiations and project docking, reached a series of cooperation consensus, and promoted a number of project signing.

During the visit to Japan, Cui Yonghui and his delegation visited the Tokyo headquarters of Marubeni Corporation and the Osaka headquarters of Hanwa Co., Ltd. In the witness of Cui Yonghui and Hironari Furukawa, Advisor to Hanwa Co., Ltd., Zheng Yongda, General Manager of C&D Corp., and Yoichi Nakagawa, President of Hanwa Co., Ltd., signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective companies, in which both sides would further strengthen strategic communication and jointly deepen global supply chain business cooperation in the field of commodities.

Expanding into the Japanese market is a crucial layout of C&D Inc.’s (600153.SH) globalization strategy.
