Together for a Shared Future! GEM Chairman Xu Kaihua and His Delegation Pay a Visit to C&D Logistics

On March 1, Xu Kaihua, Chairman of GEM Co., Ltd. and his delegation visited C&D Logistics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as C&D Logistics), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen C&D Inc. (600153.SH). The visiting guests were received by the chairman and party secretary Zheng Yongda and the deputy general manager Chen Dongxu of C&D Inc., and the general manager Zhuang Yu'an of C&D Logistics. The two sides held discussions on international relations and changes in the industry market, and exchanged views on specific cooperation projects.
Zheng Yongda, Chairman of C&D Inc., extended a warm welcome to the visit of GEM executives. After a detailed introduction of C&D Inc.'s overall operation, Zheng pointed out that GEM, listed in 2010, is a global leader in the cemented carbide material industrial chain and new energy material industrial chain. Zheng also expressed the hope for both sides to bring into play their respective advantages and maintain a long-term, stable and mutually beneficial strategic partnership in the future.
Xu Kaihua, Chairman of GEM, spoke highly of the supply chain operation services C&D Logistics has been providing for GEM, noting his expectation to have further cooperation with C&D Logistics. The two sides can join hands over the existing cooperation to actively explore new business models for mutual benefit and common development, and move towards the future together, said Xu.
After the meeting, Xu presented C&D Logistics with a commemorative trophy of Outstanding Contribution Award on behalf of GEM, in appreciation of C&D Logistics' outstanding contribution to the supply chain stability of GEM.
