On September 17, C&D Merchandise and C&D Financial Leasing, wholly owned subsidiaries of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (“Jiangsu Financial Leasing”) in Nanjing.

The signing will enable C&D Merchandise, C&D Financial Leasing, and Jiangsu Financial Leasing to fully draw on their respective professional capabilities and resource strengths to jointly develop “supply chain + financial leasing” services, providing real-economy enterprises with integrated solutions covering the deployment of production equipment, raw material procurement, and finished product distribution. By connecting these services into an integrated service chain, the cooperation will enable real-economy enterprises to operate with greater ease, without having to divide their attention between financing and business operations. The three sides will further deepen industry-finance collaboration and serve the real economy, actively explore ways to support industrial transformation and upgrading through coordinated supply chain operations and financial services, help real-economy enterprises reduce costs, improve efficiency, and maintain sound operations, and continuously enhance the overall competitiveness of upstream and downstream industrial chains.
