C&D Inc. Subsidiaries Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Haitong Unitrust Small and Micro

On September 16, C&D Merchandise and C&D Financial Leasing, two wholly owned subsidiaries of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Haitong Unitrust Small and Micro Finance Leasing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Haitong Unitrust Small and Micro”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Haitong Unitrust.

According to the agreement, C&D Merchandise and C&D Financial Leasing will work with Haitong Unitrust Small and Micro to establish a long-term and comprehensive strategic partnership, focusing on key sectors including textiles, food, and intelligent equipment, and covering key areas such as equipment leasing, raw material supply chain services, and finished product sales services, enabling small and micro enterprises to invest with confidence and produce with peace of mind.

At the meeting, the three sides held in-depth discussions on topics including the integration of financial leasing and supply chain services, as well as closed-loop risk management. C&D Merchandise will draw on its end-to-end supply chain services from raw materials to finished products to embed itself into business scenarios across multiple dimensions, helping partners strengthen risk identification control. C&D Financial Leasing, with its deep experience in serving the real economy, provides supporting financial services to upstream and downstream customers and will work with Haitong Unitrust Small and Micro to develop synergies in financial leasing. Together, the three sides will develop a new model of industry-finance collaboration integrating “supply chain + financial leasing” to effectively safeguard the interests of their partners.
