On April 3, Xiamen C&D Commodities Limited, under C&D Inc. (600153.SH) Agricultural Products Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Ropeok (Xiamen) Big Data Group Co., Ltd. (“Ropeok”), Xiamen Smartchain Innovation Co., Ltd. (“Smartchain Innovation”), and Circle Logistics Co., Ltd. (“Circle Logistics”). The four parties will jointly advance the large-scale deployment and industry-wide promotion of the Digital Intelligent Grain Warehouse · AI LiDAR Inspection Drone System. The system represents an innovative breakthrough in China’s grain industry and marks a significant advancement in the application of artificial intelligence to grain storage management.

Under the agreement, each party will contribute its respective strengths. Leveraging its domestic corn storage business scenarios and global supply chain resources, C&D Commodities will provide real-world industrial validation environments. Ropeok, drawing on the technological strengths of its national AI application pilot platform, will provide core support in LiDAR sensing, autonomous drone flight, and AI algorithms. Circle Logistics will offer dedicated grain warehouses as the system’s first external validation site, while Smartchain Innovation will be responsible for platform operations and product commercialization.

The signing marks a key step for C&D Inc. in extending smart supply chain capabilities from the trading segment into warehousing operations. It also reflects the company’s continued efforts to deepen the integration of “AI + Supply Chain” innovation and leverage digital intelligence to support national food security.
