C&D Light Industry Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shaanxi Automobile Holding

On April 11, C&D Inc.(600153.SH) and Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Shaanxi Automobile Xi’an Commercial Vehicle Industrial Park. Lin Mao, Chairman of C&D Inc., Wang Zhibing, Vice General Manager of C&D Inc. and General Manager of C&D Consumer Goods Group, and Liu Yi, Chairman of Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony along with other representatives from both sides.

The agreement marks a further strengthening of the strategic partnership between C&D Light Industry—a member of C&D Consumer Goods Group—and Shaanxi Automobile Holding, building on their high-quality collaboration in jointly expanding overseas markets during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and opening a new chapter of high-quality global expansion in the next stage.

Both sides will continue to focus on global market development and deeper supply chain collaboration, explore innovative cooperation models, and jointly build a collaborative global operations network. By promoting systematic coordination across the industrial chain, supply chain, and global resource allocation, the partnership aims to establish a higher-level collaborative framework for global expansion—supporting Chinese brands driven by new quality productive forces in accelerating their global growth and achieving high-quality development.
