The China Association for Public Companies recently announced the results of its 2025 evaluations, in which C&D Inc. (600153.SH) was honored with two distinctions—Best Practice Case of Board of Directors of Listed Companies in 2025 and Best Practice Case of Sustainable Development of Listed Companies in 2025—in recognition of the company’s strong performance in corporate governance and sustainable development.
