C&D Inc. Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with JAC Group

On September 9, C&D Inc. (600153.SH) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “JAC Group”). C&D Inc. Chairman Lin Mao and JAC Group General Manager Li Ming, along with other leaders from both companies, attended the signing ceremony.

Since 2018, C&D Light Industry, a member of C&D Consumer Goods Group, has been working with JAC Group in international business cooperation. The new agreement marks another milestone in their strategic partnership, elevating the collaboration to a new level.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed the achievements of their eight-year cooperation. Li Ming expressed gratitude for C&D Inc.’s long-standing support and resource empowerment, and highly recognized its professional expertise in supply chain operations. Lin Mao noted that JAC Group has made remarkable progress in expanding overseas markets, and C&D Inc. will continue to leverage its comprehensive global supply chain service capabilities to accelerate JAC’s international expansion. The two companies also reached a strong consensus on further enhancing their complementary strengths, jointly exploring global markets, and creating new models for the internationalization of China’s automobile industry.
