Recently, the 17th (2024) International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Conference and Exhibition (referred to as the "SNEC Expo") was successfully held. This year's exhibition attracted over 3,500 participating enterprises from 95 countries and regions, showcasing cutting-edge technological products and solutions, providing attendees with rich opportunities for exchange and cooperation.

At this year's SNEC, a number of operating entities under C&D Inc.'s (600153.SH) Energy & Chemicals Group, including C&D Hitek, C&D Emerging Energy, and C&D Clean Energy, made a stunning appearance. They comprehensively showcased their full industry chain supply chain solutions and project service cases in the fields of photovoltaics, lithium batteries, and energy storage to the attendees.

During the exhibition, C&D Emerging Energy signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Central Low-Carbon New Energy (Anhui) Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Central Holding Group, and Pinggao Group International Engineering Co., Ltd. The agreements focus on the global market, aiming for deep cooperation in the incubation, construction, and transformation of clean energy and energy storage projects, as well as upgrading project operation and management capabilities, injecting new vitality into the industry's development.

The SNEC not only leads the global economic green transition trend but also serves as a "weathervane" for technological advancements and market dynamics in the field. In recent years, C&D Inc. has accelerated its international layout in the new energy sector by introducing high-quality raw materials for the new energy industry and serving domestic new energy enterprises in going global.
