Go Hand in Hand for Common Development, Midea Group and C&D Inc. Signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On September 1, Midea Group and C&D Inc. (600153.SH) signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Midea Group headquarters.

Cheng Dongfang, Vice General Manager of C&D Inc. and General Manager of C&D Steel & Iron Group, and Wang Xinliang, President of Enterprise Business of Midea Group, signed the agreement on behalf of both sides. Hang Wenzhou, Party Secretary and Chairman of C&D Corp., Zheng Yongda, General Manager of C&D Corp., Party Secretary and Chairman of C&D Inc., Fang Hongbo, Chairman and President of Midea Group, attended and witnessed the signing.

According to the agreement, both sides will make full use of respective advantageous resources to provide each other with more high-quality and convenient products and services, and constantly improve the core competitiveness of both parties. For this purpose, both sides have also established communication mechanisms such as high-level visits and daily departmental contacts to ensure the effective promotion of bilateral strategic cooperation.

Looking forward, C&D Inc. and Midea Group will carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in many fields such as product solutions, bulk material supply chain integrated services, logistics services, and market expansion, and work together to promote more long-term and more valuable development.
