C&D Inc. Included as Constituent Stock of "CS NBD Brand 100 Index" and in "Ranking of Brand Value of Chinese Listed Companies"

On May 10, the CS NBD Brand 100 Index (hereinafter referred to as "CS NBD 100", as jointly developed by China Securities Index Co., Ltd. and National Business Daily, was formally launched. The constituent stocks of CS NBD 100 and the 2022 ranking of brand value of Chinese listed companies were formally released too.
The brand value of C&D Inc. increased from 39.2 billion yuan in 2021 to 50.7 billion yuan and C&D Inc. was thus included as the constituent stock of CS NBD 100. Meanwhile, C&D Inc. ranked 90th on the "2022 Ranking of Brand Value of Chinese Listed Companies: General Ranking", up by 9 places year on year; ranked 52nd on the "2022 Ranking of Brand Value of Chinese Listed Companies: Dynamics Ranking", up by 43 places year on year.
CS NBD 100 Index is jointly developed by China Securities Index Co., Ltd. and National Business Daily and is the first cross-border index released by a mainstream financial and economic media of China. The index's constituent stocks include Chinese enterprises listed on the stock markets of Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and the USA. The Ranking of Brand Value of Chinese Listed Companies is jointly formulated by China Business Research Center of Tsinghua University and NBD Think Tank and has been released for six consecutive years since 2017.
CS NBD Brand 100 Index constituent stocks are selected from the top 100 companies listed on the Ranking of Brand Value of Chinese Listed Companies, which is of role-modeling and guiding significance. It matches the direction of listed Chinese companies in value investment, offers investors with a reference for decision-making from the brand perspective and provides brand-new investment objectives to the capital market.
The value of Chinese brands is a symbol of China's soft power.
