Win-win Partnership | C&D Clean Energy and Tongwei Solar Signed a Framework Agreement on Strategic Partnership

On May 11, the 2022 Intersolar Europe International Solar Exhibition was held in Munich, Germany. During the exhibition, Nanjing C&D Clean Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as C&D Clean Energy), a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), signed a framework agreement on strategic partnership with Tongwei Solar (Hefei) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TW Solar) in the photovoltaic field.
According to the agreement, both parties will, on the basis of mutual benefits and win-win partnership, fully avail themselves of their respective products, projects, core technologies, marketing channels, supply chains, capital and other resource advantages to engage in long-term in-depth strategic cooperation in the upstream and downstream supply chain services, overseas product marketing and PV power station project investment and development for TW Solar under Tongwei Group. Both parties will complement each other's strengths to continuously deepen cooperation, improve their mutual brand images, jointly win the market and enhance their respective influences in the mainstream PV market of Europe through TW Solar's self-developed Diewa product series.
The renewable energy market as represented by PV has enormous potential when people are exploring for routes towards "peak carbon emissions" and "carbon neutrality" worldwide.
