On October 19, the vehicle rollout ceremony for the Xianyou intelligent connected urban distribution vehicle project was held. Jointly advanced by C&D Auto — a subsidiary of C&D Inc. (600153.SH) under C&D Consumer Goods Group — together with Zelostech and Zhizaixing Technology, the project marks the implementation of Fujian Province's first large-scale deployment and operation pilot for intelligent connected urban distribution vehicles in Xianyou County, Putian City, bringing the commercial application of intelligent connected vehicles at the county level into substantive operation.

Jointly advanced by C&D Auto, Zelostech, and Zhizaixing Technology, the project is a landmark achievement in cultivating new digital economy business formats through government-enterprise coordination and industry collaboration. Drawing on Xianyou's solid express delivery industry base and strong urban-rural last-mile delivery demand, and supported by local government policies, the project has deployed its first batch of L4 autonomous logistics vehicles — including multiple models such as Zelostech's Z5, Z8, and Z8Max — providing differentiated capacity support tailored to different payload and business requirements. The vehicles will carry out logistics distribution services in areas that meet the relevant regulatory requirements, gradually expanding their application scenarios across Xianyou's main urban area and township communities to serve urban-rural last-mile and feeder-line B2B logistics needs, including express and fast freight, supermarket retail, in-plant transfers, and pharmaceutical distribution.

The intelligent connected urban distribution project in Xianyou represents an important step for C&D Auto as it expands into smart logistics and autonomous driving applications. Leveraging its industrial resources, supply chain, and operational service capabilities, C&D Auto is working with technology partners to explore a commercialization path that deeply integrates autonomous driving technology with logistics scenarios, extending autonomous driving from vehicle delivery to regular operation and building a verifiable pioneering model for the large-scale development of the company's intelligent connected vehicle business.
