On October 9, C&D Inc. (600153.SH) and UBTECH Robotics Corp., Ltd. (9880.HK, "UBTECH Robotics") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Xiamen.

The signing marks the start of a new stage of all-round, systematic, and large-scale deep collaboration between both sides. The cooperation will draw on C&D Inc.'s strengths in channel networks, supply chain systems, and financial leasing capabilities, and combine them with UBTECH Robotics' full-stack, in-house humanoid robot technologies and mature product portfolio, to jointly advance the large-scale deployment of intelligent robots in scenarios such as government exhibition halls, commercial complexes, and industrial parks.
