On September 7, the signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation framework agreement between C&D Auto, a wholly owned subsidiary of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), and Zelostech was successfully held in Xiamen. Both sides officially reached in-depth business cooperation and simultaneously signed a framework procurement agreement for 300 autonomous logistics vehicles.

The signing marks the substantive implementation of cooperation between both sides in the commercial deployment of intelligent equipment and large-scale operations in smart logistics scenarios. C&D Auto has been deeply engaged in automobile distribution and integrated services for many years, building a mature automotive supply chain system, a comprehensive offline channel network, and strong localized integrated service capabilities. As a technology-driven company specializing in intelligent autonomous driving, Zelostech has developed core L4 full-stack autonomous driving technologies in-house, along with a mature and stable product portfolio of autonomous logistics vehicles and strong capabilities for technological iteration and commercial deployment. With a high degree of business alignment and complementary resource strengths, both sides have already established a solid foundation for strategic collaboration, laying a strong foundation for this in-depth cooperation.

According to the agreement, both sides will focus on diverse application scenarios, including logistics and express delivery, industrial park distribution, commercial complexes, and industrial bases, and comprehensively advance full-chain cooperation covering the deployment, regular operation, and after-sales support of autonomous logistics vehicles. Leveraging C&D Auto’s extensive service network and localized operational capabilities, both sides will also provide comprehensive support for autonomous logistics vehicle operations, including vehicle delivery, daily maintenance, and scenario adaptation, accelerating the transition of autonomous driving intelligent equipment from pilot applications to large-scale commercial operations.
