C&D (Hainan) Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc.

On March 13, the strategic launch event for Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor was held in Xiamen. Attendees included Li Wenliang, Deputy County Mayor of Kinmen County; Wu Kun-chang, Chairman of Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc.; Lin Mao, Chairman of C&D Inc.; and Wang Zhibing, Vice General Manager of C&D Inc. and General Manager of C&D Consumer Goods Group.

During the event, C&D (Hainan), a wholly owned subsidiary of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc., followed by a distributor authorization ceremony. Under the agreement, C&D (Hainan) will leverage its strengths in supply chain operations, market development, and marketing services. Meanwhile, C&D Happywine—under C&D Consumer Goods Group—will establish a dedicated Kinmen Liquor Division as the sole entity responsible for the sales and operations of Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor in the Chinese mainland market. Together, both sides will build a complementary and synergistic operating system, providing full-chain, professional support for the brand’s development in the mainland market.

The successful launch and signing ceremony mark a new phase in the partnership between C&D (Hainan) and Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc., and also offer a new model for cross-strait economic and trade cooperation. Moving forward, both sides will work closely together to meet increasingly diverse consumption scenarios and demands, bringing this fine liquor—imbued with cross-strait sentiment—to a wider market and opening a new chapter of mutual success.
