C&D Inc. Signs Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with China National Investment and Guaranty Corporation

On September 10, Zhao Liang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and President of China National Investment and Guaranty Corporation, led a delegation to visit C&D Inc. (600153.SH). Lin Mao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of C&D Inc., together with Jiang Guizhi, Vice General Manager of C&D Inc. and General Manager of the Emerging Business Division, received the guests. Both sides held in-depth discussions and jointly witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation framework agreement.
Lin Mao expressed a warm welcome to the delegation and briefly introduced C&D Inc.’s supply chain operation system and diversified business structure. He noted that the partnership will leverage expertise of China National Investment and Guaranty in financial risk control and C&D Inc.’s experience in supply chain operations to foster complementary strengths and resource synergies, jointly building a secure, reliable, and efficient supply chain service system that injects new impetus into the development of the real economy.
Zhao Liang expressed appreciation for the warm reception and emphasized that the signing of the agreement marks a significant step in advancing long-term strategic trust and resource sharing between both sides. He looked forward to combining their respective resources and professional strengths to deepen cooperation across multiple dimensions such as supply chain finance innovation, investment and financing services, and risk management, thus creating greater value for upstream and downstream enterprises and seizing new opportunities amid transformation and growth.
Under the framework agreement, both sides will deepen collaboration in key areas including guarantee and credit enhancement, industry-finance synergy and supply chain fintech. Through resource integration and innovation synergy, both sides will continuously strengthen their core competitiveness,create multidimensional value for industrial chain customers, and help build a more resilient industrial ecosystem.
Both sides also held in-depth discussions on topics such as innovative practices in supply chain finance and the establishment of a full-cycle risk management system.
This agreement marks a new milestone in the partnership between C&D Inc. and China National Investment and Guaranty. Going forward, C&D Inc. will work with its partners to develop new models of industry-finance synergy, and jointly embark on a new chapter of complementary strengths and shared value creation.
