The company’s real estate development and property leasing business is primarily handled by the Lianfa Group Co. Ltd., which is a company under C&D Inc (C&D holds a majority stake). The Lianfa Group has developed and constructed over 1.7 million square meters of real estate, including residential buildings, all-purpose factories, hotels, office buildings and shopping centers. In addition to the above, Lianfa also has almost 400,000 square meters of rentable property and factory space.

Over the past few years, the Lianfa Group has procured and developed land in Nanchang, Guilin and Nanning, as a part of its campaign to develop the Lianfa brand outside of its home province of Fujian. Following years of brand development, the Lianfa brand has come to enjoy an excellent name in the industry.
