C&D Inc. Wins the First “CRC Cup · ESG Golden Bull Award”

On November 24, the “CRC Cup · ESG Golden Bull Award” ceremony hosted by China Securities Journal was successfully held in Nantong. C&D Inc. (600153.SH) was awarded the “CRC Cup · ESG Golden Bull Award” for its outstanding performance in ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance).

The “CRC Cup · ESG Golden Bull Award” is a professional award in the ESG field of listed companies in China, which is jointly evaluated by China Securities Journal and China Reform Consulting (CRC), and has the reputation of “Oscar Award” in the capital market.

In terms of ESG practice, C&D Inc. insists on continuously improving the sustainable development framework, and promotes energy saving, cost reduction, quality improvement and efficiency improvement in all links of the industrial chain by promoting its own business innovation and development. At the strategic level, the Board of Directors of C&D Inc. has set up a Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, and formulated the Working Rules of the Board of Directors Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, which is responsible for making suggestions on the company’s  ESG strategy and related matters, guiding and supervising the company’s ESG related work.
