C&D Auto Reaches Strategic Cooperation with Red Star Macalline and Carnex

Recently, Xiamen C&D Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C&D Auto”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Inc. (600153.SH), has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Red Star Macalline and Carnex.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, three parties will give full play to their respective resource and professional advantages, and cooperate on used car chain stores, vehicle testing and evaluation systems, finance and insurance, so as to achieve resource sharing and common development.

In this cooperation, C&D Auto will exploit the advantages of its high-end brand operation experience and Lift supply chain advantages, and Red Star Macalline will give play to the channel advantages and management experience of high-quality stores in China, while Carnex will leverage its experience in operating and marketing used cars in the used car market. Three parties will be jointly committed to the business model innovation of China's used car market, and actively explore for China's used car industry and automobile after-sales market.

Taking this signing as an opportunity, C&D Auto and Red Star Macalline will continue to expand the areas of cooperation, create high-quality products and service experiences for Chinese consumers, and promote the high-quality development of China's automotive service industry.
