C&D Inc. Signs Commercial Agreements with Philippine A.FU.PROPERTIES and AMSI

From April 25 to 27, the second "One Belt And One Road" international cooperation summit BBS was held in Beijing, attracting nearly 5000 international people from more than 150 countries and more than 90 international organizations.  C&D Inc. was invited to participate in the event.


 

On April 26, Mr. Zhang Yongfeng, party secretary and chairman of the board of C&D Inc., and Mr. Wang Zhibing, vice general manager of C&D Inc., attended the signing ceremony of the China-Philippines commercial agreement upon invitation, and signed the memorandum of cooperation with Mr. Fu Gangsheng, chairman of the board of directors of A.FU.PROPERTIES company and Mr. DING BORJA, CEO of the AMSI company. Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte and more than 100 business representatives attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech to witness the signing process.


 

The memorandum of cooperation reached a project cooperation intention among the three parties with magnetite mining, processing and sales as the core content. After the project is put into operation, C&D logistics, a subsidiary of C&D Inc. will provide exclusively the supply chain operations services to expand new space for win-win cooperation among the three parties.
